I have obtained a significant experience in major international groups and stand out in business law thanks to my knowledge of the financial and accounting mechanisms involved. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, I joined LEXCO in 2024. I assist our clients in their day-to-day and exceptional operations, particularly in contract law and assistance with contract negotiations, as well as in corporate law for mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
