After an experience of 11 years spent in a in wealth and asset management company as internal legal counsel, I came back to the bar in 2019 and I am able to support Companies’ executives as closely as possible in all stages of the life of their company. I am involved more particularly in the matters related to sale, acquisition and structuring group operations, as well as in the drafting of contracts (partners' agreements, intra-group agreement, etc.). I joined the office of Lexco in Paris in January 2023.
